Size and finish

How to request it
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
A rental while we work
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
After the work
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
Before you drop the car off
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
When the car is ready
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
What affects the price
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We price the job before we start, never after.
