The work on your Avalanche
For your 2012 Chevrolet Avalanche, paint work starts with a short request. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
About your Avalanche
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. There are 3 NHTSA recall campaigns on file for it; a dealer can check by the VIN.
Getting a price
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. You can add a rental to the same request.
Stay on the road
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Delivery starts at $75 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Aftercare
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Planning around the work
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
What affects the price
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
Getting the car ready
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
