Booking the work for the Express
For your 2000 Chevrolet Express, paint work starts with a short request. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Size and finish
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
From request to appointment
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. You can add a rental to the same request.
Stay on the road
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Timing
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
Aftercare
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
What affects the price
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
Before you drop the car off
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Get an offer
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.
