Your 1999 Chrysler Concorde: the work
Your 1999 Chrysler Concorde needs paint work? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Your Concorde, up close
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Booking the work
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Timing
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
On the day
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim.
What affects the price
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
Looking after it afterwards
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.
