The 2004 Daewoo Kalos: Auto paint
For your 2004 Daewoo Kalos, paint work starts with a short request. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Your Kalos, up close
As a compact car, it is a straightforward size for this work. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. NHTSA lists no recall campaign for this model year.
Booking a time
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. You can add a rental to the same request. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Driving while yours is in
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Looking after it afterwards
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
How long you are without it
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
What affects the price
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
Getting the car ready
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
