The work on your Caravan
Book paint work for the 2002 Dodge Caravan, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Your Caravan, up close
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. There are 4 NHTSA recall campaigns on file for it; a dealer can check by the VIN.
Getting a quote
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
A rental while we work
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Add a rental to the same request as the work. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Keeping it that way
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
When the car is ready
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Small repairs can take hours; paint and collision work can take days.
On the day
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim.
What goes into a quote
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.

A short request is all it takes to get a price for your car.
