The work on your Journey
Your 2016 Dodge Journey needs paint work? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Size and finish
A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. As a compact SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. NHTSA lists 4 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.
Booking the work
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
A rental meanwhile
Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Before you drop the car off
Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim.
Looking after it afterwards
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
Timing
A clear timeline comes with every quote. Small repairs can take hours; paint and collision work can take days.
Pricing, plainly
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.
Questions first?
Tell us about the car and the work, and we take it from there.
