An insurance replacement rental while it is repaired
Your car is in the shop; you keep driving. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, and bill your insurer when the claim covers it.

Your Medallion and paint work
Book paint work for the Eagle Medallion, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Your Medallion, up close
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
Getting a price
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Driving while yours is in
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
What to bring
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim.
What affects the price
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. We price the job before we start, never after. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
When the car is ready
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule.
Aftercare
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
