Your Ford Transit Connect: the work
CarmaCars takes requests for paint work on the Ford Transit Connect, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
From request to appointment
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
A car while yours is in
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
A few things first
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Looking after it afterwards
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Pricing, plainly
Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
How long it takes
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
Ready when you are
Ready when you are: send the details of the car.
Request auto paint
