Your 1985 GMC NE: the work
Here is how we handle paint work for the 1985 GMC NE: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
The car itself
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
The request
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Keep your week on track
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
A few things first
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim.
Why prices differ
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
Aftercare
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
When the car is ready
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
