The 1990 GMC NE: Auto paint
This page covers paint work for the 1990 GMC NE, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
About your NE
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Booking a time
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
How the price is set
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
What to bring
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
When the car is ready
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
After the work
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
Make a request
A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
