The work on your NE
For the 1994 GMC NE, paint work starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
From request to appointment
Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Ask anything about the work in the request.
Driving while yours is in
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. A rental means the work does not stop your week. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Timing
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
What goes into a quote
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. We price the job before we start, never after.
A few things first
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
Looking after it afterwards
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
