Booking the work for the Cherokee

Here is how we handle paint work for the 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.

About your Cherokee

We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a compact SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.

Getting a price

Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.

Timing

Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.

After the work

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.

A few things first

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

Why prices differ

If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
