The 2021 Kia Seltos LX: Auto paint

CarmaCars takes requests for paint work on the 2021 Kia Seltos LX, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.

The car itself

Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Its black paint is part of the quote: darker colours show swirls and scratches more readily. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.

Getting a price

We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Ask anything about the work in the request.

A rental while we work

While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. A rental means the work does not stop your week. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.

Timing

If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.

Pricing, plainly

For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.

Getting the car ready

Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.

Aftercare

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
