Booking the work for the ES
Need paint work for your 2012 Lexus ES? Tell us about the car and when suits you. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Size and finish
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a mid-size car, it is a straightforward size for this work. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
What to send us
Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Keep your week on track
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. Add a rental to the same request as the work. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
How the price is set
A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.
Keeping it that way
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
A few things first
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
Planning around the work
If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
Your move
Tell us what the car needs and when it is free.
Request auto paint
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
