The 2018 Lexus ES: Auto paint
For paint work on the 2018 Lexus ES, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Your ES, up close
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request. NHTSA lists 2 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.
Booking a time
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Ask anything about the work in the request.
A car while yours is in
We collect the rental when your car is ready. While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Why prices differ
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
Aftercare
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
Before you drop the car off
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
How long you are without it
Small repairs can take hours; paint and collision work can take days. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
