Booking the work for the GX
Searching for auto paint for the 2017 Lexus GX? Here is how CarmaCars handles it. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
About your GX
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. NHTSA lists 3 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.
Your request
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. You can add a rental to the same request. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Need a car meanwhile?
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
When the car is ready
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
A few things first
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Pricing, plainly
Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work.
Keeping it that way
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
Ready when you are
Book the work and a rental in one request.
Request auto paint
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
