The work on your LX
Book paint work for the 2018 Lexus LX, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Size and finish
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. NHTSA lists 2 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.
What to send us
Ask anything about the work in the request. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
A rental meanwhile
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
A few things first
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
Why prices differ
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
Planning around the work
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
After the work
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
One more step
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
