Your RX and paint work
Book paint work for the 2018 Lexus RX with a short request, and rent a car while yours is in. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
The car itself
Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request. As a compact SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
Getting a quote
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. You can add a rental to the same request.
A rental while we work
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. A rental means the work does not stop your week. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Getting the car ready
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
Pricing, plainly
We price the job before we start, never after. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Planning around the work
Parts on order can add days to a repair; we tell you when that happens. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
Looking after it afterwards
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
