The work on your Sable
Here is how we handle paint work for the 2000 Mercury Sable: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Size and finish
As a mid-size car, it is a straightforward size for this work. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
How to request it
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Ask anything about the work in the request.
Driving while yours is in
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
After the work
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
How long you are without it
A clear timeline comes with every quote. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
What goes into a quote
Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
On the day
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
Talk to a person
Tell us what the car needs and when it is free.
Request auto paint
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
