An insurance replacement rental while it is repaired

Auto paint for the Mercury Tracer
The Mercury Tracer needs paint work? Send photos and when it suits you. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Getting a price
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Keep your week on track
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Delivery starts at $75 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
How the price is set
We price the job before we start, never after. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
A few things first
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
Keeping it that way
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
How long it takes
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
