Booking the work for the Relay
Your 2007 Saturn Relay and paint work: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
About your Relay
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. NHTSA lists no recall campaign for this model year.
Booking a time
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Stay on the road
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
How long it takes
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
Pricing, plainly
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
A few things first
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Keeping it that way
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.
