Your iQ, up close
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. NHTSA lists 1 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.
Booking a time
Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Keep driving meanwhile
While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
How long you are without it
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
After the work
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.
Pricing, plainly
We price the job before we start, never after. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
Before you drop the car off
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
Your move
Tell us what the car needs and when it is free.
