The work on your VF 9
Your Vinfast VF 9 and paint work: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Your VF 9, up close
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
The request
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Keep driving meanwhile
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Pricing, plainly
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.
Keeping it that way
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Getting the car ready
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Timing
Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
