What the figures tell you

The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive and a 7-speed automatic. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 25 litres, from its 8.3 L/100 km rating. In money, 1,000 km costs about $128.70 at our price setting.

What to expect from the A4

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. The EPA measures its luggage space at 340 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

A good match for

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends.

Rent it from us

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person.

What to expect when you book

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Driver basics

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
