Auto rental: the 2012 Lexus LS
Renting the 2012 Lexus LS as a rental car works like any rental with us: a free request, an offer, then the keys. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
What the specs mean
Power comes from the 5.0L 8-cylinder hybrid, driving through an automatic (CVT). It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.
Fuel use is rated 11.5 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 35 litres. At our price setting, 1,000 km costs about $178.30.
Is it right for your trip?
It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.
Space, size and seats
As a mid-size car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. Luggage space is rated at 283 litres: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
What we ask of drivers
At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.
Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
Booking made plain
Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. You pay only once you approve the offer.
A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
