Booking in plain terms

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Who qualifies

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
