How the price is set
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work.
On the day
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
After the work
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
How long it takes
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
