Your 2012 Lexus CT: the work
Auto repair for the 2012 Lexus CT: tell us about the car, and a person replies with a price and a time. This is body repair. Mechanical work such as engines, brakes and oil changes is not part of it.
The car itself
As a compact car, it is a straightforward size for this work. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
What to send us
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
A rental meanwhile
While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. We collect the rental when your car is ready. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
After the work
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
What to bring
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Pricing, plainly
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
How long you are without it
A clear timeline comes with every quote. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
