An insurance replacement rental while it is repaired
Your car is in the shop; you keep driving. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, and bill your insurer when the claim covers it.

The Renault: Auto repair
For the Renault, body repair starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. This is body repair. Mechanical work such as engines, brakes and oil changes is not part of it.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
What to send us
Ask anything about the work in the request. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
Keep your week on track
While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Aftercare
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
A few things first
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
How long you are without it
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
How the price is set
A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
