Arranging the work for the Q3
CarmaCars does not do this work itself. For battery service on the Audi Q3, we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one. A slow crank on a cold morning is often the first sign of a tired battery.
About your Q3
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
From request to repair
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
Driving while yours is at the shop
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
Good habits for your car
Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
Still deciding?
One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.
Request battery boost
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
