A rental while yours is in the shop
CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

Battery boost for the BMW 1M
For battery service on your BMW 1M, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. A slow crank on a cold morning is often the first sign of a tired battery.
Your car, your notes
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
From request to repair
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.
Your rental while you wait
We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Between shop visits
Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
Before the shop starts
If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Over to you
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
Request battery boost
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
