Details the shop needs
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the 528e. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
How the arrangement works
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.
A car meanwhile
The rental is priced like any other on our site. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
Between shop visits
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
Your move
Ask in your request, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request battery boost
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
