Battery boost: how we help
Your Cadillac Brougham/DeVille needs battery service? We do not do mechanical work, but we arrange it and rent you a car meanwhile. Lights left on overnight are the classic reason for a flat battery.
Before the shop sees your Brougham/DeVille
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Brougham/DeVille. If you have the service history of your Brougham/DeVille, have it ready for the shop. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
How the arrangement works
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
Keep moving meanwhile
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Between shop visits
Look at the tire tread before long trips. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
A short checklist
Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
