Arranging the work for the Volt
Your Chevrolet Volt needs battery service? We do not do mechanical work, but we arrange it and rent you a car meanwhile. A battery that struggles in the cold is often near the end of its life.
About your Volt
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare.
Our part and the shop's part
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job.
Stay on the road
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Car care, briefly
If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
Before the shop starts
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
Talk to a person
Send a request: the car, the problem and when suits you.
Request battery boost
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
