Battery boost: how we help
Battery boost for the Dodge 600: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. Lights left on overnight are the classic reason for a flat battery.
Your 600 and the shop
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
What to send us
You approve the shop's quote before any work. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
A car while yours is in the shop
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Talking to the shop
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
Small things that help
Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
Make a request
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
Request battery boost
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
