Battery boost: how we help
Battery boost for your Dodge Journey: arranged with a trusted shop, never done by CarmaCars, with a rental if you need one. Lights left on overnight are the classic reason for a flat battery.
Your Journey and the shop
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. If you have the service history of your Journey, have it ready for the shop. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
The steps
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Questions to ask the shop
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
Small things that help
Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
