Battery boost for the 1984 Dodge Lancer
For battery service on the 1984 Dodge Lancer, a trusted shop does the work and CarmaCars arranges it, with a rental if you need one. A battery that struggles in the cold is often near the end of its life.
Your Lancer and the shop
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
How the arrangement works
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Getting a clear quote
If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
Between shop visits
Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
Still deciding?
One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.
Request battery boost
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
