Battery boost for the Hummer
For battery service on your Hummer, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. A battery that struggles in the cold is often near the end of its life.
Your car, your notes
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare.
What we arrange
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
A rental while you wait
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
A short checklist
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Small things that help
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
Ask us
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request battery boost
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
