If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Small things that help
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
What to ask
Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
