Battery boost: how we help
CarmaCars does not do this work itself. For battery service on the 2025 Lucid Gravity, we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one. A slow crank on a cold morning is often the first sign of a tired battery.
Before the shop sees your Gravity
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Its powertrain is the electric motor with all-wheel drive.
Our part and the shop's part
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
Keep moving meanwhile
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
A short checklist
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
Good habits for your car
Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
Next step
Describe the problem, and we arrange a trusted shop.
Request battery boost
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
