Arranging the work for the MC20
For battery service on the Maserati MC20, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and rents you a car while yours is in. A battery that struggles in the cold is often near the end of its life.
Before the shop sees your MC20
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. If you have the service history of your MC20, have it ready for the shop. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
The steps
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
Keep moving meanwhile
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Small things that help
Check that all lights work every few weeks. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
Get an offer
A short request starts it: the car, the problem, and when suits you.
Request battery boost
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
