The 2009 Mazda 6: Battery boost
Your 2009 Mazda 6 needs battery service? We arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. A battery that struggles in the cold is often near the end of its life.
Your car, your notes
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. If you have the service history of your 6, have it ready for the shop. The 2.5L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at.
The steps
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
A rental while you wait
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. The rental is priced like any other on our site. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
What to ask
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
Car care, briefly
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

Need a rental too? Add it to the same request.
Request battery boost
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
