Battery boost: how we help
The Mazda 929 and battery service: CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop, and never does the work itself. Lights left on overnight are the classic reason for a flat battery.
Before the shop sees your 929
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
The steps
Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Good habits for your car
Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
Talking to the shop
If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
Ready when you are
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request battery boost
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
