Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
How we help
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
Keep moving meanwhile
Add a rental to the same request as the repair. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Small things that help
Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
