Arranging the work for the Aura
For battery service on your Saturn Aura, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. A battery that struggles in the cold is often near the end of its life.
Your car, your notes
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Aura. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
Our part and the shop's part
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in.
Keep moving meanwhile
We collect the rental when your car is back. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Small things that help
Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
What to ask
If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
