The SRT: Battery boost
Need battery service for the SRT? We arrange it with a trusted shop; the work is never done by CarmaCars. Lights left on overnight are the classic reason for a flat battery.
Details the shop needs
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
Our part and the shop's part
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Car care, briefly
Check that all lights work every few weeks. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
What to ask
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
Make a request
Need a rental too? Add it to the same request.
Request battery boost
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
