Arranging the work for the ACL

Before the shop sees your ACL
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.
Our part and the shop's part
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. You approve the shop's quote before any work.
Keep moving meanwhile
We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
Car care, briefly
Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
