The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
How the arrangement works
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
Driving while yours is at the shop
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Between shop visits
If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
Before the shop starts
If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
