Your Volvo VNR needs battery service? We do not do mechanical work, but we arrange it and rent you a car meanwhile. A slow crank on a cold morning is often the first sign of a tired battery.
Your VNR and the shop
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. If you have the service history of your VNR, have it ready for the shop. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
Who does what
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
A rental while you wait
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.
